PRICES and TERMS

The house is rented in its entirety, and the price varies according to season and holidays

Capacity for 10/12 people (Price approx 38 euros per person per day, Tourist Tax Included)

It has 5 rooms, 3 doubles with an outside bathroom, and two suites with a double and single bed plus a bathroom.

The House has  with 3 floors: 

• Ground floor with bedroom and bathroom with shower, barbecue area, laundry

• 1st floor: Equipped kitchen, dining room, room with fireplace and TV, TV room, @ double rooms, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom with shower.

• 2nd floor: two suites for 3 people, with 1 single bed and a double bed each, plus bathroom with shower. All rooms have bed linen and towels in bathrooms. Garden area, with adapted pool, and food area.

To consider:

• PETS must be previously consulted with the administrators

• THE MINIMUM STAY 2 NIGHTS

• In JULY and AUGUST the stays are 1 WEEK (7 nights, arrival Friday - departure Friday) In case of requesting a weekend, you must check with the owner availability and price as it may vary.

• BRIDGES and END of the YEAR consult.
